While the idea of buzz buzz being ninten sounds good on paper. You have to consider the fact that if he was why wouldn’t he try and tell his past self to track down ness and accompany him. He likely would be able to teach Ness and his friends how to use psi more effectively and at that point he could also track down his old friends to help as well. My theory is that buzz buzz is simply a warrior who used psi to stop gigas before. No relation to ninten or ness. Also as for why buzz buzz was only capable of using supportive psi his physical form likely doesn’t have the durability to contain that power like how gigue’s body couldn’t hold the power and became gigas. On top of that there exists another bug in earthbound that provides psi aid, the magic butterflies that relax the party.

My story: When I was about 8-10 years old, I made a new game... Enter the castle, bowser laughs, then... No music. Silence. Just footsteps of Mario. Everywhere was so eerily quiet. It gave me nightmares. It doesn't stop there. At one point, the game cart must have glitched (maybe hacked used copy idk) and the game FROZE and made a horrible stuttering/prolonged sound with LOUD SCREECHING/SCREAMING noises in between... I SHUT IT OFF and didn't touch that game for YEARS! Had my mommy put it away hidden in a cabinet because I was sobbing and waking her up, asking to sleep in her bed.

The entire video should be a message saying "it isn't, you got too into a creepypasta". People can feel what they want of course, but you might want to do some introspection to see if it's truly the game that's spooking you or the Every Copy is Personalized body of works.

Playing mario 64 always felt like a fever dream. The castle just holds many questions. Its a game i understand but i always wanted to understand the logic behind everything. Like where the castle is located and why its so empty and how tf does it work

Maybe I'm just built different. This game is like a warm hug to my soul. Any eeriness I genuinely enjoyed even when I was six years old.

Hmm…interesting theories. I guess I never put this much thought into it. For me at 12, it was neat to see a proper 3D game instead of the SNES graphics of Earthbound and Super Mario RPG. And then I realized platformers weren’t for me and I went back to my puzzle games.

The polygons in the maps give me a nostalgic yet unatural and creepy vibe.

Also I have never played Mario 64 but I've heard the Lethal Lava Land music and, it gives me the creeps. Especially the first bit of it, just creeped me out so much that I click out before listening to all of it.

Primal Rave smacks Stickerbush and Interlude silly, even if it does borrow from Aquatic.

The only thing I thought was somewhat creepy about this game were some of the weird skyboxes, such as the ones used in the Bowser levels and the Big Boo's Haunt one, as well as the infamous Wet Dry World one that I am legally required to mention here. Other than that, this game isn't terrifying in my opinion.

The real problem was is that the developers didn't have enough knowledge about the 64bit architecture of the N64 and a lot of the inner workings of the N64 itself. Which made it a lot harder for them to do anything. A very genius modder named Kaze Emanuar knows a lot more about the N64's architecture and software and can make beautiful games made for the console that still run on 60FPS AND look a lot better and more detailed.

Man I played this game in 99 for the first time and in 2010 listened to the music in flac. it is magical. You didnt mention Funky Kong.

My headcanon with Mother 3 is that Giygas is essentially living on in Porky's body. In a sense, Giygas is still the main antagonist in Mother 3 (and therefore not just the first two games but the entire series), since he is the one that set everything in motion for Porky to take over the nowhere islands.
